Sacred Mountain 03/13/2012
DreamI was at the base of Mt. Kaliash in Lhasa, Tibet. There are many others of different traditions that revere this sacred mountain as the holy pilgrimage place. I walk as an individual but all of us are walking together, the Buddhists, Jains, Hindus and pre-Buddhist Bon-po’s. This place is considered the axis mundi of the world which is 61 miles around the bottom of the mountain at 19,000 feet! I walk around the bottom of the mountain three times. At the end of the third time around the mountain, I arrive at an entryway into a narrow valley. I am surprised that this valley was not visible, nor its entryway on any of the other ambulations, as I would have easily noticed it. I am also surprised no one else is here but me. I can see the lushness of tall and weepy plants, banana trees and other food source small plants to bushes lining everywhere in the thick vegetation. At the entryway is my guide who wears dark, orange-brown, simple pants and long jacket/shirt and matching hat. I am escorted by this guide who looks exactly the same as everyone throughout this small valley. I am told this valley can only be seen every 1000 years. There are skinny flags down all the narrow alleyways, which are their streets. There is no motorization of any kind. All the people are busy and congenial and wear the same dark orange-brown clothes. Although no one stops to look at me and continues their work, I can tell they are aware I am here. I am taken to an amazingly still small, smooth, clear lake and given a small white folded cloth. I am to make a wish or wishes which has something to do with being in the presence of the lake. I wish all the things like an end to poverty, murders, abuse, and tyranny and the cloth falls into the pool. The cloth is like a tear drop and causes the circles to spread out. The cloth disappears. Dream Interpretation This dream is a marker dream. It symbolizes your spirit's connection with the sacred journeys that change consciousness. Knowing you were with others but alone is always part of our journey. And knowing the enerrgy of all who take the journey contributes to the whole. Sometimes we can do the same thing over several times before we 'get it'. Walking three times also symbolizes the use of sacred numbers that open us to new awareness. Knowing this place was only accessible every 1000 years tells us opportunities can be presented unexpectedly-but continue the journey. Undoubtedly, returning after accessing this other reality represents a changed consciousness. A hidden valley can be accessing parts of yourself, abilities and/or information that has been hidden to you till now. The acceptance of the people was important as if this was their task and place in the Universe. The white cloth is purity at the pure lake. The inner place of stillness. Dreaming of sacred mountains is a significant marker in consciousness development. Actions for the Dreamer The dreamer would benefit from re-entering this dream and going back to the lake. There is likely more information for the dreamer from the guide and about the location itself. The dreamer may wish to make a list of questions to take into the dream for this interaction. There more steps that will be taken at the sacred, hidden valley. The sacred mountains will call you again so be prepared. Add Comment The Red Shawl Dancers 03/06/2012
On Tuesday February 28, 2012 I had two separate dreams about ceremony. In the first dream I was in a heavily wooded area with tall pines. There was a modern, large, beautiful log lodge. We were outside and I was one of 16 women who were performing a special red shawl dance. Each woman who danced had the same colors and outfit however, each outfit was uniquely designed for the women who wore it. We represented different areas. Each red shawl had a different pattern, the hair was different, the jewelry was different but the dress and boots were the same. We formed a line so we had a person directly across from each of us. We danced all the movements in unison holding the shawls, extended out from our shoulders. There were people watching us who stood around the veranda and grounds of the lodge. After we were done dancing, an old friend who danced next to me said, “I used to sing, too.” Then there was a clear pool of water just below the lodge and my friend’s daughter was ‘practicing being a snake' inside the water. She would hold her breath, be very still, and watch the tiny creatures that were next to the edge of the clear pool. There appeared two other girls who looked the same who did this too. Dream Interpretation This dream symbolizes a ceremony that took place on the night mentioned. This is reinforced by the mention of a second dream that occurred on the same night about the same topic. The gathering of the red shawl dancers is an important event of coming together. The dreamer is working on other levels of consciousness with these people who come together for sacred gatherings. It is clear although ere are similarities we are individual but come together in unison to honor the Creator and ancient practices. The three young girls in the crystal clear pool represent the ancient three that come together to observe and unite in their practices. They have abilities that are beyond the ordinary human life, which involve being able to master the physical world, like not breathing under water. They also have the ability to observe the dynamics of the natural world while remaining still. Message for the Dreamer-If you are not cognizant of the ceremonial aspects of the times of the year it is time to reengage in these practices. Singing is an important part of your expression and you are being reminded to sing to honor your connection as a sacred tool that honors the Creator. In time, there will be more information about the three girls and their meaning to the dreamer. A Heron & a Dragon 02/28/2012
Dream I am running up flights of stairs and escalators. There are other people who are running up, too and everyone has a bicycle-type helmet on. I pass many people and some pass me, but I am passing many. It reminds me of a bright airport terminal but narrower with everyone moving in one direction. Suddenly an opening in front of me is like a shoot. There are steps along the right side but I am in the shoot side. There is an opening and I look down through the shoot and we are miles above earth. There is a guy who jumps nonchalantly. I do not want to jump-it is too far. End of dream. I re-enter the dream and go back to the shoot. I jump through the shoot and fall. As I begin to fall, I turn into a heron and fly quite a distance, parallel with the earth. Then I turn into a dragon and fly paralell with the earth. The dragon form is so much longer and has so much more movement than the heron. I realize the dragon is too dense and needs to be of light energy. As I think this, the form of the dragon changes and it is much easier to move. When I land on the ground I turn back into a person. Dream meaning The dreamer was being challenged to jump. Or they felt they had to take a huge leap, metaphorically. The dreamer was not ready and stopped the dream. Re-entering the dream, consciously is a willful act that takes practice and focus. This ability shows the dreamer is able to navigate dream states of consciousness. Becoming the heron is a symbol of being transformed into a creature that can navigate the realm of air. The same is true of transforming into a dragon. The ability to recognize difficulty of the heaviness of the dragon and the immediate change is how quickly energy can move. The successful arrival onto the ground is an acknowledgment of trusting that all will be well. It is likely the dreamer had felt they were jumping off into an area of unknown and not sure of the consequences. Know the risks you are taking today, even though it is seems like a long way down, will easily bring you to the ground with assistance, safely. Actions for the Dreamer If the dreamer has not already accepted the heron and dragon as their totem creatures, they can now! Learning more about these two creatures will teach the dreamer about aspects of themselves and how to draw upon these areas of wisdom. It is likely these two creatures are entering your dreams because they will continue to be present as allies. Dream Stone 02/20/2012
Dream I was holding a stone about the size of a sea urchin in my hand. It was dark brown with protrusions all around it like tiny beautiful growths. The entire form was a golden, dark brown cluster that was lightweight. I saw myself placing this stone on someone's body for healing. It was an extraordinary stone that I had never seen before and a unique healing stone to be placed on the body. The next day I found two little round stones not remembering this dream. These stones were the same as in the dream, which I remembered, latter. Messages for the dreamer This was a precognitive dream. There are several messages about precognition. One, is that you can and do dream what will or can happen in the future. Two, you are likely considering using stones to work with people in a healing setting. In addition, the application of the stone is important for you in your personal healing. Actions steps for the Dreamer Use the stone for yourself for your healing. Study the properties of the stone, which are pertinent to your own healing. Consider how you will go about creating a healing practice that utilizes the laying on of healing stones. Dream, The Circles 02/10/2012
Dream This is a continuation dream that picked up from the one where I watched my death. In this dream, I was back at the same opening surrounded by tall pine trees in a huge open clearing. It was as if my body was being fanned by a drumbeat coming from the earth and everywhere. As the sound continued, my form emerged from the earth with nose and eyes. The minerals of the earth with the pulse were bringing life back to my body. I noticed I was in a circle of people. There were about 7 of us in the middle of this opening. Around us was another circle, and around them another circle of people. There were circles within circles of people. We all held hands and the energy supported each other backwards and forwards. Dream Interpretation This dream was a sequencing dream because it occurred in the same place where the dreamer saw their body disintegrate into the earth. This dream indicates the person has been revived from their hiatus of going back into the earth. All the elements of the earth may be symbolic or interpreted literally. The literal meaning is taking new mineral supplements that are reviving the physical body. Joining in circles and circles is connecting to the social network of people that is part of the web of wholeness that is important. The pulse and drum beat are the earth pulse, the heart beat and drum beat which speak and enliven this dreamer to connect with the sacred. There are many people who the dreamer will be connecting to as their energy is radiated on their journey. Actions for the Dreamer- Continue to engage in activities that return your life force. This is a milestone dream and confirmation. The dreamer needs to participate in drumming activities and circles of connections with people. This is for their innermost spirit and place upon the earth, and to sustain their journey in alignment and harmony. They will be or are participating and influencing larger and larger groups of people What kind of dreams have we examined so far? 02/06/2012
The dream titled The Deceased Uncle is one in which there is communication from beyond the veil between the worlds. The dream about the dragon-birds was directive, providing information to the dreamer that was a precognitive prompting. The dream entitled The Cocoon was a body message dream. This dream was telling the individual they are in a healing phase. This can be helpful to know consciously so the individual can better care for themselves. The Cocoon 02/03/2012
The Cocoon The individual saw their body encased in threads that had two layers of colors woven around it. Their body was suspended within this encasing. At the top and the bottom, above their head and below their feet, all the threads came together in a twirl with a pearl shape sphere. The entire form was shaped something like a candy wrapper that was twisted where the threads all came together. The color of the threads were golden and iridescent. As they looked upon their body, there was another layer between the threads and their body. This layer was green and swirled around them in a wave pattern. Interpretation The dreamer is protected at this time inside a cocoon of healing energy. The green represents growth and the swirling motion means it is vibrant and moving. The cocoon means being protected, as there is a need to continue to preserve and persevere. It is not a time for going out and doing great deeds or interaction. It is a time of stasis. In western culture, there is not much value on the concept of inactivity, as it is perceived as not being valuable. However, when we are less visible, all the work is occuring behind the scenes. It is the time of process, insight development, and gathering our resources as they coalesce to reform our beings. The threads are re-weaving at a deep level. Action The individual will do well to develop relationships that deepen their connection on an inner level at this time. Individual and a group meditation practice can strengthen this process. Drawing upon the beauty of nature and plants and wildlife, as well as watching a fire in the fireplace, feeling the wind, and sensing the ocean, are important ways to connect to the elements while standing upon the earth. This will help to ground and internalize the energy that is being re-woven. Music of flutes, certain drumming patterns, and singing can also be helpful. Gratitude for loving relationships and the opportunities that are present. The time of chrysalis is a time of development and significant to the developing of wings to fly. History of Dreams 01/29/2012
In ancient Greece and the Mediterranean region, which includes Turkey, dreams were considered to offer guidance in significant life ventures and day to day activities. There were dream temples dedicated to dreaming. A war captain would seek a dream interpreter to accompany them to decipher their dreams to make strategic decisions about war. Dreams were also accessed for what we call kingdoms and issues of managing their lands and holdings as well as love relationships. The Four Dragon-Birds 01/27/2012
In this dream, a large, multi-storied house was on a huge pine tree covered area with a large grassy field around it. The house was prominent, overlooking 100’s of acres near the ocean or large body of water. The house was filled with many people, children and adults who were playing, laughing, and discussing life. Four adults went outside to see four large dragon-birds with wingspans of at least 20 feet. These dragon-birds had very long necks and flew in unison together. As they flew through the air, it was clear one of the dragon-birds was not well, although maintained its flight, and relationship in flying with the other dragon-birds, perfectly. These dragon-birds landed in a large open grassy area surrounded by trees near the house. All of the bird’s necks fell over. They were all suffering and not well. As they regained their flight, the dreamer raised their hands in the air and sent Divine energy to the each specific dragon- bird. The energy was clear luminous vibrant white. What does this dream mean? The house represents life and the many layers, and life cycles of people. Its statuesque nature is a central point on a geographic area represents the role of its presence as significant as a caretaker of the area. The house represents the dreamer so the same description applies to them. The dragon-bird’s represent the sacred four directions and the keepers of the earth. The person who sent the energy to the dragon-birds knew healing comes through us by will and action. Taking action in the dream to send energy means this person has conscious access to their healing abilities and can recognize the signs that appear although sometimes obscured. Actions for the Dreamer: It is time to unite with others to strengthen their healing ability. There are likely three other people with whom you will begin a significant undertaking, which is of a spiritual nature, in relation to making contact with the earth, air and communication with what has been hidden. The earth’s healing needs to be heightened. The intensity of the healing energy can be strengthened by connection with others. Each dragon-bird represents each of the four people. They have united in pervious times, and they will unite again however, each of the group is not well. Find the three people, and by uniting each person will gain strength and unity for a specific purpose. Hands and Dreaming 01/26/2012
In many traditions, remembering to see your hands in your dream is the process in which you will become lucid. This is the conscious act of looking at your own hands while dreaming, and knowing these are your hands. | Click here
